What you can try
Waris provides an illustrative discovery experience and a fictional sample to explore estate and family-continuity questions. Use a fictional case during the pilot where possible. The pilot is for adults; professionals must stay within their authorised scope. Availability and outputs may change as we test the product.
Assumptions and professional review
Illustrative outcomes depend on entered information, supported rules and visible assumptions. They do not verify ownership, documents, consent, governing law or implementation. The public numerical illustration has bounded Malaysian Muslim Shafi‘i coverage; other contexts may remain unsupported. This service does not create an adviser/client relationship or replace qualified legal, tax, financial or religious advice. Do not rely on it alone to execute a transaction or legal instrument.
Planned prices and the limited pre-launch offer
The assisted Family Continuity Map is offered at RM150 for the first 10 manually prepared maps across customers and professionals, RM149 (about 50%) below the planned standard RM299 price. Information collection, preparation of a customer map and professional briefing, and a walkthrough of next steps are scoped with each customer. Case fit, availability, delivery timing and payment terms must be agreed before payment. RM299 is not represented as a previously charged price. The professional ten-credit bundle remains planned at RM999. Joining records interest only: no payment, order, reserved allocation, eligibility guarantee or delivery promise. Contents, availability, taxes, expiry, refund/cancellation terms and any professional services must be confirmed before purchase. Future qualified leads are a separate proposed service.
Your information and permissions
Enter only information you have authority to use, with appropriate notice/consent for other people. Never enter passwords, full identity/account numbers or confidential documents in public enquiry fields. A map tag, payment, professional relationship or waitlist enquiry gives no one access to another person’s estate. Account saving is explicit and separate from contact consent; sharing must have its own authorised scope. Read the English/Bahasa Malaysia pilot privacy notice.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without joining, decline optional analytics and withdraw contact consent. Contact hello@waris.app for pilot questions and privacy requests. These provisional terms do not waive statutory consumer or data-protection rights or create a worldwide compliance claim. Material processing changes require notice and consent where applicable. The operator must confirm its identity, complaint handling and final terms before a broader or paid launch.
